Lavish Ride LLC has been a premier provider of black car chauffeur services since 2014. We recognize the importance of personal privacy to those who use our services; therefore, we dedicate ourselves to explaining our privacy policy for the information we use, collect, and share from Lavish Ride LLC users and the network of independent operators that we utilize to arrange service (“Chauffeurs”).

Lavish Ride LLC can enter into agreements with third parties to provide you with the opportunity to obtain special services and information offered by them. You will not be in violation of this Terms of Use Policy when acting per any such programs' terms of use policies. Lavish Ride LLC is not responsible for any crashes occurring to our website, app, and booking system.

Information We Collect

Registration Information. We collect information on you to set up an account. This may include your name, address, email, phone number(s), login name, and password. User Profile information. You may provide additional information about your preferences, such as your preferred vehicle.

Payment information. When you add a credit card or payment method to your account,a third party that handles payments for us will receive your card information (Stripe). We do not store full credit card information on our servers to secure your financial data. We won’t consider your reservation accepted unless the payment process is completed.

Chauffeur Information. We collect Chauffeurs' payment or banking information, vehicle information, licensing and permitting, government identification numbers, photo, insurance information, and driving records. We may share this information with a third party who will only run a driving record check with your permission.

Device Information. Lavish Ride LLC receives information from your device when you use our websites or mobile applications, this may include IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, and push notification tokens.

Location Information - Mobile Apps. If you are a Chauffeur, we collect location information about the real-time location of the vehicle before or during a trip, both when the app is open and on the screen but not on the screen of your device.

Usage Information. Lavish Ride LLC may collect information about how you interact with our services. This may include access dates and times, pages viewed, app crashes, or browser type. Our websites do use cookies and are there as a convenience to you for page preferences and remember me functions. These cookies are exclusively internal to Lavish Ride LLC and are not shared with any external business partners or 3rd Parties.
